all usable components, by either adaptive reuse
or through component recycling. Accepted

Material
that can not be reused as-is, or adaptively reused,
is demanufactured in our facility in Tucson, Arizona.
In the component recycling process, all equipment
is demanufactured and the individual components
and various commodities are recycled back into
the manufacturing stream to become new products.
Recycling
in this manner saves valuable resources, raw materials,
energy, labor, etc.
The
demanufacturing process includes:

Removal of all batteries for recycling at approved
facilities

Removal
of all circuit boards for further processing
at approved facilities

CRTs
are demanufactured and/or sent to appropriate
glass processing facilities
-
Various
metals (ferrous and non ferrous), wire, cables,
screws, and plastic are separated into separate
commodities for recycling
-
Miscellaneous
electronics and other components are removed
and sorted for downstream recycling

Demanufacturing:
If
items are unable to be remanufactured and sold back
into the consumer markets we look toward demanufacturing
and recycling of sorted components.
Many times parts can be removed from otherwise non
working items and reused. The balance of items left
are then recycled in their entirety thus keeping
everything we receive out of the landfills.
