data sanitation and electronic recycling services

Fees:
In
most cases our services are free. We only charge
to shred hard drives when you have a large number
of drives and will not be turning over the computers
with them.

We have a proprietary mobile documenting service
that can scan hard drive bar codes and asset tags,
automaticallty enter them into a database and
print certificates of destruction merged with
your product ids for your records.

All equipment received at our facility is carefully
inspected for the presence of data-containing media.
If media not previously identified by the client
is located, we immediately notify our point of contact
with a complete description of the media, and upon
direction, either return or destroy the media.
